What happens when you’re recruited as part of an experiment to turn your unbearable boss into a better person… and end up falling in love with him? What if you discover that your best friend and co-worker might actually be the perfect boyfriend? Could you fall in love with the person who embodies everything you hate? All this and much more takes place at Eventos Luxe, an event-planning company whose employees are trying to survive the chaos of their professional and romantic lives. Four stories that will delight lovers of romantic comedy.

Eventos Luxe is the company capable of turning any celebration into an unforgettable event. Dream weddings, exclusive parties, major brand campaigns, and sophisticated corporate events: if something deserves to be celebrated, they know how to make it perfect.

What no one suspects is that, behind the flawless organization, the real chaos comes from the employees themselves. Unexpected romances, secrets, second chances, and emotional disasters within the company make for irresistible romantic comedy. At Eventos Luxe, they discover that love rarely follows a plan—and that the best stories are often born when everything seems about to fall apart.

The protagonists change in each installment, but they are always employees of Eventos Luxe.

In Everything We Don’t Say, Carla works in the company’s Major Events department and desperately needs a break. Her recent breakup has left her emotionally exhausted, and her boss, Héctor, is no help at all: he is insufferable, irritable, and has spent months firing assistants because none of them meet his standards.

Max Escudero, Héctor’s best friend and a Human Resources manager, devises a plan: place Carla as Héctor’s new assistant, convinced that she will not let herself be pushed around. He even makes her sign a clause preventing Héctor from firing her. Carla accepts the challenge, and from day one Héctor tries to break her with absurd demands. She responds with sarcasm and small acts of revenge, such as bringing him the ugliest croissant she can find every morning.

What begins as a battle of wills becomes something more when Carla discovers that Héctor suffers from anxiety attacks. Seeing him vulnerable changes her perception, and before she realizes it, she starts enjoying her job. She still makes sure to find the most hideous croissant possible, though.

Little by little, their relationship evolves. They learn to understand and support each other through their lowest moments and, to their surprise, become attracted to one another. At a company party, the tension finally explodes, and they end up sleeping together. Both try to downplay it: Carla distrusts Héctor’s reputation as a womanizer, while he wants no commitments. But feelings emerge nonetheless. Misunderstandings involving Carla’s ex-boyfriend and Héctor’s emotional distance make the situation unbearable until Carla decides to return to her former position.

Missing her, Héctor finally confesses to Max that what prevents him from being with Carla is the guilt he carries over his wife’s death. He tried to save her from cancer but feels he failed. Encouraged by his friend, he decides to confront his grief and speak honestly with Carla. He admits his fear of commitment, his desire to be with her, and his decision to begin therapy.

In the end, Carla and Héctor make their relationship official, surprising the entire company, while Max celebrates the success of his matchmaking scheme.

In Everything We Don’t See, Sira and Gabriel have worked together at Eventos Luxe for years and are close friends. Sira has always been in love with him, but Gabriel remains obsessed with his ex-girlfriend Andrea, convinced they will eventually reunite. When he receives an invitation to Andrea’s wedding, Max—proud of his matchmaking skills—suggests that he take Sira as his fake date.

To make the story believable, they pretend they have recently started dating and agree to announce an amicable breakup a few weeks later. They rehearse dancing, kissing, and romantic gestures, only to discover that the feelings are becoming real. Gabriel realizes he enjoys kissing Sira far more than he expected. But she only wants friendship… doesn’t she?

At the wedding, Sira distracts Gabriel from his heartbreak with jokes and dancing until they kiss for real. Unfortunately, a nosy colleague witnesses the moment and spreads the news throughout the company. Forced to keep up the charade, they continue pretending to be together.

A company trip to the Pyrenees and a passionate night together only deepen their confusion. Gabriel fears losing their friendship, while Sira wonders whether he is still just “pretending.” When she overhears a conversation between Gabriel and Andrea and misunderstands it, she believes he wants his ex back. Heartbroken, she leaves him a message, quits her job, and takes a position on a cruise ship.

Just as the ship is about to depart, Gabriel arrives—alerted by Sira’s brother—and declares his love through a megaphone. In a reflexive gesture, they both jump into the water to reunite, only to find the Civil Guard waiting on shore. Thankfully, Sira’s lawyer brother takes care of the consequences. All for love, after all.

Everything We Remember, the third installment, is a story about second chances, old loves, and new beginnings. Diego and Leire, former lovers with a difficult breakup behind them, meet again as colleagues in the company’s new International Corporate Events department.

Working together is difficult at first, but old chemistry, memories, and desire soon resurface. After spending a night together, Leire becomes pregnant, forcing them to rethink both their relationship and their future as parents.

The pregnancy confronts them with insecurities and the challenge of building a healthy partnership. Diego struggles between his love for Leire, his fear of repeating past mistakes, and a career that has always come first. Leire, supported by her friend Celeste, focuses on rebuilding her self-esteem and finding her own path.

Leire starts a personal blog that restores her enthusiasm for life. Meanwhile, Diego works to reconcile with his past, acknowledging the damage caused by his mistrust and admitting that his work obsession contributed to their breakup. Still, Leire doubts whether they can raise a child together without repeating old patterns.

After weeks of emotional ambiguity and physical attraction, Leire decides to step back and focus on her personal growth. Determined to prove he has changed, Diego begins interacting with her blog under a pseudonym, slowly earning her trust through small gestures. Leire soon suspects who is behind the anonymous messages.

Eventually, Diego and Leire reconcile. She proposes that they start over from scratch, and he promises to prioritize both her and their daughter. Two and a half years later, they enjoy a mature and balanced relationship, raising their daughter Iris and building a life based on respect, communication, and commitment.

In Everything We Hide, the life of Max Escudero, head of Human Resources at Eventos Luxe, changes unexpectedly when he meets Jessica Beltrán, a famous actress who is as dazzling as she is unbearable.

Jessica represents everything Max hates about celebrity culture, but she also awakens wounds from a painful episode in his past that he has kept hidden for years.

Their paths cross again when Jessica comes to Eventos Luxe to research a role and Max is forced to accompany her in front of the cameras. Jessica tries to rein in her strong personality and prove that she is more than a spoiled star, while Max is surprised to find himself increasingly attracted to her.

During a company weekend retreat, they dance a tango charged with tension that ends in a passionate kiss. What begins as physical attraction soon becomes a whirlwind of feelings, social media rumors, and increasingly intense encounters. Max, who has always avoided fame, discovers to his horror that he is falling in love with the very woman who embodies everything he despises.

When Jessica suggests they try a real relationship, Max finally explains his hesitation: Jessica’s parents abandoned his mother after a serious accident while she was working for them. Devastated, Jessica confronts her family and persuades them to apologize. Max realizes he has been punishing her for mistakes that were never hers, and together they accept that falling in love means letting go of pride and the past.

Two years later, they are still together and happier than ever—and a wedding may be on the horizon.
