Andrea Cabrera Kñallinski and Aldo García Arias are an Argentine and a Spanish writer, respectively.
Andrea Cabrera Kñallinski has worked as a journalist for various media outlets, including Canarias7, La Vanguardia, and La Razón de Buenos Aires. In 2023, she published her debut novel.
Aldo García Arias was an editor at Visor Dis publishing house and combines his writing with bookselling, having managed the Machado bookstores in Madrid since 2001. He also serves on the board of the Madrid Booksellers’ Guild.
RELEVANT INFORMATION
Together, they co-authored Parabere, the biography of María Mestayer de Echagüe, a groundbreaking figure in the history of Spanish gastronomy. The book was a finalist for the 2024 Café Gijón Novel Prize.
