Abraham Guerrero is a Spanish poet, novelist, and educator. He holds a degree in Hispanic Philology and works as a Language and Literature teacher in secondary education and high school. Guerrero Tenorio has established himself as one of the most relevant voices of young poetry in Spain.
He was awarded the Adonáis Poetry Prize in 2020, one of the most prestigious prizes in the Spanish language, as well as the El Ojo Crítico Poetry Prize from RNE in 2021. He has also received awards such as the UCOpoética Prize (2018), the MálagaCrea Narrative Prize, and the Alcaraván Poetry Prize. In addition to poetry, Guerrero Tenorio won the 27th University of Seville Novel Prize and continues to explore narrative genres with a voice that moves between poetry and deep prose.
