Cinta Villalobos is a Spanish illustrator, author, and visual artist. After studying Fine Arts and completing a postgraduate degree in creative illustration, she has developed an extensive career in the publishing world, focusing particularly on the illustration of children’s books, picture books, and comics. Her work combines narrative sensitivity, humor, and an expressive aesthetic, appealing to both young readers and audiences of all ages.
She develops both independent and collaborative projects in which text and image engage in an equal dialogue. In addition to her work as an illustrator, Villalobos has explored other narrative formats within picture books and comics, contributing to the enrichment of contemporary visual literature in Spanish.
