Jimena Tierra

Scenic Rights is the audiovisual co-agency of Alrevés Publishing House.

Jimena Tierra is a Spanish writer with a degree in Law. Currently, she is in the process of acquiring her PhD in true crime material and she collaborates with the online magazine, Todoliteratura. She is also a curator of the criminal literary festivals Galapanoir and Alicante Negra, promoting the development of noir culture through the female role and the children and youth sector.

 

RELEVANT INFORMATION 

Jimena Tierra is the author of Death on a Playing Card (La muerte en un naipe), a book that recounts, in the form of a chronicle, the details of Alfredo Galán Sotillo’s killing rampage. He is known as the most wanted serial killer in Spain, being that his case has caused the most uproar in the media in the last few years. Other thrillers written by Tierra have been translated into English.
