Matías Néspolo is an Argentine writer and cultural journalist based in Barcelona since 2001. His work, which moves between narrative, poetry, and criticism, explores themes of displacement, identity, and urban margins, and has been translated into several languages.
With titles such as Seven Ways to Kill a Cat and A Simple Fable, he has become one of the most distinctive voices of his generation. His international profile was further confirmed in 2010, when Granta selected him as one of the best young Spanish-language writers.
