Roy Galán

Scenic Rights is the audiovisual co-agency of Storytel. 

Roy Galán is a Spanish writer, columnist, influencer, and activist. He studied Law at the University of La Laguna and worked eleven years for the administration of the Government of the Canary Islands. He was a student at the Canarian School of Literary Creation, where he has collaborated as a professor for the Expressive Resources Liberation Course, the Writer’s Vade Mecum and the Community of Writer’s Virtual Classroom.

Currently he is dedicated to writing and has a column on the website of the Spanish television network La Sexta. He also collaborates with the magazine Cuerpomente, where he has a podcast called Roy’s Voice.

 

RELEVANT INFORMATION

Roy Galán is a phenomenon on social networks. He has hundreds of thousands of followers and his publications are seen and shared by thousands of people. He was awarded the Krámpack Award by the Extremadura International LGBT Festival.

He declares himself a feminist ally and defender of the LGBTIQ+ community. He is mostly known for writing about feminism and women in his books, articles, and social media posts.
