The young man suspects that his father was killed by his uncles. What he does not know is that he is the fruit of an incestuous relationship between Isabel and one of her bothers. The story reaches its climax when Isabel murders the father of her son.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>RELEVANT FACTS: <\/strong>The numerous melodramatic elements and the extraordinary plot of the story provide it with great potential to be developed as a TV Series.\r\n\r\nBenavente won the <strong>Nobel Prize in Literature<\/strong> in 1922. He treated all the theatrical genres and developed a broad gallery of human characters. Many of his plays have been taken to cinema with success and many versions for TV have been made. Benavente\u2019s dialogues are excellent, full with irony.
