However, one of them, the violinist, receives a letter from a woman confessing her love for him. When they meet, she remains hidden under a veil but makes him a surprising proposition: she invites him and the other musicians to a trip to the country she comes from. Once there, the violinist is subject to defamation, accused of being the woman\u2019s lover, who turns out to be a princess.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>RELEVANT FACTS:\u00a0<\/strong>The collaboration of the playwright Carlos Arniches with the zarzuela opera, as is the case of <em>The Pons Quartet<\/em>, was a constant throughout his career. In this case, he gave the story an operetta air.\r\n\r\nArniches was part of the brilliant Generation of '98, and comedies were his specialty.
