In order to write this book, both authors were received by the mayor of Ogimi (Okinawa), a town in northern Japan with the highest rate of longevity in the world, and they interviewed more than one hundred of its inhabitants.\r\n\r\nThe project analizes the approach of the centennial Japanese people to an optimistic and vital existence, discovering how they eat, move, work, interact with others \u2013 and the best kept secret \u2013 how they find the ikigai that gives meaning to their existence and motivates them to live one hundred years at the top of their game.\r\n\r\nHaving a clear and defined ikigai, a great passion, is something that gives satisfaction, happiness and meaning to life.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>RELEVANT INFORMATION: <\/strong>Francesc Miralles is a Spanish novelist, essay writer, translator and musician.
