The absence of their mother, Rosario, who is involved with the guerrilla and whom Don Bernardo has declared dead, weighs heavily on their childhoods, creating a void that further separates them.\r\n\r\nAs they grow up, the brothers find refuge in the circus of the enigmatic Gran Padilla, where they become escape artists. There, R\u00f3mulo develops a relationship with Magda, provoking jealousy and tension between the brothers. Manipulation and resentment permeate their bond, while Remo struggles to find his identity and voice. Tragedy strikes when Remo is accused of the brutal murder of Farid Sabag, a therapist connected to their father. In prison, Remo confronts his demons and meets Alberto, a psychologist who begins to question his guilt and delve into the dark relationship between the twins.
