He was first attracted to literature in his adolescence and so he studied Spanish Philology and started his career by writing theater plays, a genre in which he published and represented many of his works in the 70\u00b4s. However, he discovered children and young adult literature in the 80\u00b4s, and became a great sucess. Since that time, he has published more than 70 works, among which many of them have been translated to other languages.\r\n\r\nG\u00f3mez Cerd\u00e1 has collaborated with the press and specialized magazines. He has participated in numerous activities within the children and young adult literature as well as in lectures, book-forums, radio programs, round-table talks, conferences, etc.\u00a0 He has also been part of many educational projects in the United States of America (Aprenda II, in San Antonio, Texas).\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>RELEVANT INFORMATION<\/strong>\r\n\r\nHis books are sold throughout many countries in Europe, America and Asia, and translated in to more than 10 languages. The author has acquired more than 25 awards during his literary trajectory.
