Nacarid Portal is a writer and journalist. She studied Social Communication at Universidad Santa María and Performing Arts at the Juana Sujo Superior School. An entrepreneur committed to art and social justice, she founded the Tierra Nueva Foundation at the age of 19, with the mission of addressing social issues and supporting underprivileged children.

In terms of sales, her second book Four Seasons of Love (2016) brought her international recognition, reaching twenty-six editions. In 2020, she published the physical edition of El capricho de amarte, which had already garnered over 1.5 million reads on Wattpad.
