In the Valençuela Republic, Felix, a cabaret waiter, wants to seduce a singer, Victoria. The two of them get involved in the process of a coup d’état. After many adventures, we reach the happy ending: Felix gets both victory and Victoria; Victoria also makes the money she wanted; the coup fails and the revolution succeeds.
