Daniel, a forty-year-old writer with two written novels, has become a Spanish literature doctorate teacher in Chicago. During his stay there, he tries to write a new novel. Loneliness and a strange relationship push him to attempt swapping reality with the fiction in his novel in which he pours his personality and his wishes that, in the end, will be materialized.
