Marisol and Her Seven Ghosts (Marisol y las siete muertitas) (TV Series)

Marisol wants to change the course of her life. Her seven ghosts will help her in the process.

It is the Day of the Dead and Marisol, despite being very much alive, wants to die. She is about to lose her house and her hair salon, her husband is cheating on her, and despite her efforts she is not pregnant, her debts increase and she does not know what to do.

She looks for her neighbor’s help, Mr. Aurelio. He reveals to her that a curse on the women of her family comes from a long time ago. He advises her to ask for help to her ancestors on the Day of the Dead, when the gates of the afterlife open.

Marina G. Torrús is a Spanish writer, journalist and scriptwriter with over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual sector. She has worked in different areas of the development of TV series (fiction, animation, and entertainment formats) for some of the main Spanish TV networks, like Antena 3, Telecinco and Telemadrid.

Some of her fiction projects have been: Manos a la obra, Al salir de clase, Ellas… y el sexo débil, and Un golpe de suerte. With regards to children´s content, she has worked in Bernard, Kambu, Nicolás, and Zipi y Zape. Among her most important TV formats, there are Metro a metro, Hay trato, A la carta and Sabor a ti.
