Tailored (A medida) – Original Project

In Madrid, in the middle of the dictatorship, there is a tailor shop run by Tito López where he himself takes measurements of the shoulders, arms, and inseam of the soldiers. Tito really likes these military men, his best customers! And his life would be so much happier if it were not for his wife being a rebel and having built an illegal printer of a left-wing magazine and having a communist lover taking refuge in his house; his old and senile father-in-law thinking Franco is a softy; his daughter being a hussy who tries to get anyone under her skirt; having to hide his wife’s plans from his military best friend, and constantly having a spy sneaking around trying to find any illegal demeanor. Tailored is a funny and absurd comedy set in Madrid in the 60s that criticizes, with plenty of humor and sixty-minute auto-conclusive episodes, some of the ways and customs in one of the most transcendental periods in Spanish history.
