The prodigal woman (La pródiga)

Julia, a beautiful widow of libertine life that squanders her fortune, reconsiders and decides to use her time and money in helping others and the needy. That is the reason why she moves to a house in the countryside, where she starts to get known as “the prodigal woman”, due to her generosity with people. The situation gets more complicated when an engineer arrives in town wanting to build up a water dam. The engineer and Julia fall in love, but this romance is doomed to fail.
