What I know about us (Lo que sé de nosotros)

Politics is a dead end.

There are only a few weeks left until the elections in the Basque Country take place. Arturo, the press officer of a young political party, couldn’t be worse off. His girlfriend has just left him for being “too immature”, and their party’s candidate, Lara Rico, has disappeared.

Lara left a note saying, “Don’t worry, I have to sort something out”. However, none of the party members know if she intends to return, and feeling desperate about the situation, Arturo decides to embark on a search for her.

Through this race against time, Arturo becomes entangled in the sociopolitical reality of the Basque Country, is forced to face ambitious politicians, eccentric businessmen, neo-Nazis, former ETA members and young people who are desperate for a better future. This whole journey will push Arturo into an inner journey towards maturity.
