Joaquín Camps is a professor in the Department of Business Management ‘Juan José Renau Piqueras’ at the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València. He specializes in human behavior in organizations and economics, and has authored several non-fiction texts on related topics, which have been published in prestigious journals such as Human Resource Management, Journal of Economic Geography, Personnel Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, and more. A few years ago, he took the first step into the fictional world with his debut novel, La última confidencia del escritor Hugo Mendoza, and has found success in this literary realm.



As a professor and writer, Joaquín Camps has quickly demonstrated his affinity for the world of literature, and it was with his second novel that he received the Azorín Award, one of the most prestigious awards in Spanish-language narrative.
