Even the Darkest Night (Terra Alta) (TV Series)

He was a fair man; the world wasn’t though.

A terrible crime has shaken up the peaceful region of Terra Alta: the owners of its main company, Adell Graphics, have been murdered after being subject to horrific torture. Melchor Marín is in charge of the investigation. He is a young policeman and voracious reader who arrived from Barcelona four months ago, with a dark past that has turned him into a legend in the Police Force and that he covers with his seemingly happy life as the husband of the local librarian and the father of a little girl called Cosette, named after Jean Valjean’s daughter, the main character of his favorite book: Les Misérables.

This story is about justice, revenge, and the power of law. With its fast pace and memorable characters, it is, above all, an epic story about a man who is trying to find his place in the world.
