Boris Izaguirre (Caracas, 1965) has been part of the Literature and Television in Spanish for more than two decades. He writes periodically for the diary El Pais. He wrote the script of the legendary soap opera “La dama de rosa”, among other many TV programs he has taken part in. Izaguirre is the author of Diamond Village, Two monsters together and A garden up north, stories that stimulate and touch the heart at the same time.

 

RELEVANT INFORMATION

His novel Diamond Village was finalist to the prestigious Planeta Award 2007. This book sold more than 300.000 copies in Spain. Izaguirre has participated as a host in famous Spanish TV programs such as “Cronicas Marcianas” and “La Ventana”. He is a regular writer for Vanity Fair (Spain).
